This trick that can make you fall asleep in less than a minute is commonly called the 4-7-8 method. True to its catchy name, this trick is also very easy to implement
To Do this, you must first lie down comfortably on the bed. Then inhale through your nose for four seconds and hold it for seven seconds. Finally, exhale through your mouth for eight seconds. Repeat this over and over until you fall asleep.
